I truly value every single person who books with me. My time is just as important as yours, and because appointments are limited, I have a cancellation policy in place to keep things fair for everyone. A card is required to book your appointment, but it will only ever be charged in the case of a late cancellation or no-show. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so I have the chance to fill your spot. To help, a text and email reminder will be sent 48 hours before your appointment, just in case life gets busy. Canceling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the booked service. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service amount. Any client arriving to their appointment with SNS, dip powder, or acrylics on their nails without booking the proper removal will be unable to receive their service and will be charged for the originally booked service.
